  • Real estate transactions support including reconstruction and new construction
  • Identification of required rights on a plot of land, identification of the required planning authorizations and planning constraints, including potential additional administrative authorizations, and organization of the structuring on said plot of land.
  • Review of and counseling on project requirements (special work rules; integration with lease, lender requirements; integration of insurance requirements; tax credits; bonding; etc.);
  • Funding of the operation and negotiation of the financial guarantees required by banks; 
  • Framing, drafting and negotiatin of the contractual scheme (direct construction contract, development agreement, design and build contract) and of the contractors, subcontractors and personnels to be hired (in particular developer, contractor, architect, engineer, chartered surveyor, project manager, assistant to the project owner) ; 
  • Drafting and negotiatin package contracts on engineering, construction and construction management under FIDIC and architectural standards.
  • Legal support of contracts conclusion and performance.
  • Representation in alternative claim resolution procedures (DRB’s, mediations and arbitrations);
  • Representation in construction litigation.
