In his aim to establish a law firm that sets itself apart from the overwhelming quantity of corresponding law firms in the region and abroad, Me. Fadi Bou Alwan founder and managing partner of “LAWYERSMARKS” and holder of LLM in international business law from Queen Mary University of London, had the Idea to form a law firm that gathers the best specialized lawyers' and experts (PHD and Masters holders) in different areas of law, in a way to produce the closest to perfection management, operation and mainly results for its clients.

To reach this goal and to promote dedication to establish the best results to our clients, Me. Bou Alwan established a mechanism that links the rights of the firm towards its clients exclusively to its results, moreover the same mechanism links the rights of the lawyers', experts and staff toward the firm to this same result. In this mechanism no one at “LAWYERSMARKS” gets paid before our clients get their foreseeable results.

We at “LAWYERSMARKS” do not charge for time or effort, not even quality, we only charge on results. We don’t charge for failure because failure is not in our consideration, excellence is our goal.
