Lawyers’ Marks strongly believes in fee transparency.   

It is extremely important that you know what something is going to cost you. The earlier you know, the better.

Traditionally, lawyers use hourly billing, a method by which they are paid solely for the time spent working on a matter.  Time is very important, but why should that be the thing you pay for.

We believe that value is a far more important product than time.  The value you receive is more important to a client than the time the lawyer spent working on that client’s matter.

Although we do offer traditional hourly billing for our services, we also provide a variety of fixed and subscription fee packages that are designed so our clients know exactly what their total cost will be before we begin working on their matter.

Nobody likes unpredictability, especially when it comes to spending one’s hard-earned money.  

Below is a list of the flat-fee and subscription fee services offered by our firm. Certain services have a price range. This is because, until we become more familiar with the details of your business and your particular needs, we are unable to quote a specific price.

Once we have a better understanding of your needs, our documents are customized and tailored specifically for your business.

Please also note that certain matters may be of such sophistication that we are unable to provide services on a flat-fee or subscription fee basis. In such situations, we are happy to offer such services on an hourly basis.  Also note that the price ranges do not include filing, registration, government and/or court fees and other disbursements.

The list below is not an exhaustive list of all of the services we provide.  If you do not see a specific service that you require, please let us know. We would be happy to customize a flat-fee or subscription plan to meet your specific needs.

We offer innovative legal subscription plans, designed to help our clients proactively address their legal needs. Subscribers can easily schedule phone calls or send documents to us for review.  But most importantly, we help you identify legal issues early so that they don’t become expensive legal problems down the road.

Unless otherwise noted, subscription may be canceled at the end of any month.

Silver Subscription Plan – $350/month* – Billed Annually

Designed for clients who prefer to have an attorney on-call to answer quick questions and offer advice on demand.

The Silver Subscription Plan includes:

• • Unlimited scheduled phone/Skype calls and emails

• • Limited monthly document review  (either 1 document between 10-20 pages or 2 documents up to 10 pages)

• • Quarterly strategy session (provided at the end of the 1stquarter)

• • Annual business assessment (provided on/about the 1-year subscription anniversary)

• 10% reduction in flat-fee and hourly billing matters

Gold Subscription Plan – $550/month* – Billed Annually

Designed for clients who also require document drafting.

The Gold Subscription Plan includes:

• • All Silver Subscription Plan services

• • Limited monthly document drafting  (1 document up to 10 pages)

• 15% reduction in flat-fee and hourly billing matters

Platinum Subscription Plan – $1,000/month* – Billed Annually

Designed for clients who require additional document drafting and in-house services.

The Platinum Subscription Plan includes:

• • All Gold Subscription Plan services

• • Limited monthly document drafting  (1 document up to 20 pages or 2 documents up to 10 pages each)

• • On-site quarterly visit (provided at the end of each quarter, limited to 3 hours)

• 20% reduction in flat-fee and hourly billing matters

In addition to the above subscriptions, the following narrowly-tailored subscriptions are available:

HOURLY RATES

Most firms practice under the billable hour model, and so do we – when it makes sense. Under certain circumstances, it is simply not possible to predict how much of our time a matter will require. In those cases, we will give you our best estimate of the range of costs that may be involved, then bill you on an hourly basis. And if you ever need to know the fees you’ve incurred on a matter mid-month, just ask us. We strive to keep the billing process transparent and up-to-date.

Our hourly rate is $350 per hour, billed to a fraction of an hour (Every 10 minutes overhead is rounded up to the second hour)
